Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Lead Mobile Application Developer, you will be expected to work autonomously to deliver project phases on time and budget according to project specifications.

Key Delivery Responsibilities include:

  • Review and estimate requirements
  • Agile sprint planning and execution
  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback to your peers, your manager, and the team product owner; actively participate in architecture and technical roadmap planning sessions
  • Develop both hybrid and native mobile applications
  • Review implementation and architecture patterns and best practices with management and product teams
  • Collaborate with peers to establish back-end processes and APIs required by mobile applications
  • Provide ongoing steady state support and maintenance of mobile applications

Key Planning Responsibilities Include:

  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to design and deliver mobile application solutions. Examples of stakeholders include Project Mangers, Project Executives, UI/UX team, Solution Architects, Mid-Tier Developers
  • Work directly with external stakeholders to design and deliver mobile application solutions. Examples of stakeholders include Project Mangers, Project Sponsors, SMEs, Testers
  • Participation in RFPs and related responses with a focus on solutioning and level of effort estimation Strong Candidates Will Demonstrate:

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in hybrid and native mobile application development and integration (3 years)
  • Meaningful development experience in modern development frameworks including React Native, Ionic, Angular, Node, Swift, Kotlin (3 years)
  • Proven track record of successfully managing Junior Developer teams (3 years)
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and working as part of a global team, as well as working independently and taking ownership (3 years)
  • Adaptive to ambiguity and willing to change in a fast-paced environment (3 years)
  • Experience integrating restful APIs and Web services (2 years)



Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within short release cycles (3 years)
  • Experience using modern collaboration tools in a highly responsive environment (3 years)
  • Experience with Automated Testing Programs (2 years)
  • Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes ( 1 year)
