Description

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Performs software engineering activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the back-end and the appearance at the front-end. The Lead Full Stack Engineer works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The Lead Full Stack Engineer Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, andworks under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Setting direction to mature the technology associated with the team.
  • Identify and implement process enhancement opportunities associated with supporting the application area.
  • Serve as SME for components of the team.
  • Partner with architects to set direction for maturing use of retiring adding technology components in the environment.
  • Provide technical guidance to projects programs for complex components of a multiple technology suites.
  • Lead efforts to develop standard practices, components, guidelines for use of complex technology components.
  • Lead teams to resolve urgent and high production incidents.
  • Lead actions to determine root cause of problems and drive resolution.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 4 or more years of progressive IT experience as a senior developer in large IT projects
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Must possess two or more of the following: ADO, .NET, Java, Angular, Node.js, VMWare, Linux/MSFT/AIX OS, Solarwinds, Splunk, API connect and Apigee.

  • Master's Degree
