We are revolutionizing tech hiring by building the next gen developer skills platform. This position is an opportunity to engineer core components of HackerRank’s developer skills platform. You will be responsible for building core services and shared infra.

You will be working on:

• Building assessments platforms tech for advanced skills that plugs into all products at HackerRank
• Push the barriers of performance, scale and reliability of core services leveraged by multiple products
• Own, execute and deliver products/features end-to-end from planning to design to development to deployment
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting
• Proactively participate in code reviews and architecture and design discussions
• Mentor junior engineers to succeed with their deliverables
• Drive engineering standards and best practices for coding, code reviews, releases in your team

We are looking for:

• 6+ years expertise in software development
• String technical expertise in container stack: docker, k8s
• Technical expertise in app development (android & iOS)
• Expertise in common Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows
