Your focus will be the backend of our self-learning CRM system (like Salesforce), inspired by research in RL and NLP (you don't need to know these now, but you'll have to learn the basics upon joining Verkada).
To be successful, you also need to be in the:

top 5% in at least two of the below:
- Linear logic
- Problem solving
- Abstract thinking
- Creativity
top 15% in at least two of the below:
- backend development
- algorithms
- data science methods
You can be on an IC or managerial track. You'll have a lot of autonomy to define what you want to do and how you want to do it provided that you add value to the Team. You'll see direct impact of your work quickly and can brag to your friends in large corps about it. You'll ship to production and learn 10x more things than you peers because we move at the blitz-scaling speed.
