Overview

The Oxford Club is looking for a driven Jr. MarTech Developer to join its growing Development & Operations team. The right candidate will help with new e-commerce technology initiatives and existing applications to deliver a cutting-edge and omnichannel marketing technology experience for customers that is flexible, usable, and scalable.

This role will report to the Lead MarTech Developer and partner cross-functionally with other departments to deliver sales funnels, order forms, and emails. If you have front-end development experience in modern platforms, are endlessly curious, and would like to achieve one-to-one marketing experience across multiple channels for the company's growing customer base, then your passion and expertise could make you a key part of The Oxford Club's ongoing success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, developers and marketers; be able to communicate technical info to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Help to build e-commerce features and functionality that will empower our marketing, lead generation, and sales teams
  • Create and maintain sales funnels and abandon email campaigns that are compliant, mobile-friendly, and optimized for the best customer experience
  • Innovate new ideas for e-commerce/MarTech features or technologies that will help build revenue without much increase in cost
  • Maintain existing tools and infrastructure as necessary
  • Gather requirements effectively, document, and confirm observations with stakeholders
  • Understand how to interpret mock-ups and copy into working webpages and webinar experiences
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and communication skills
  • Execute QA skills, including testing websites, emails, and sales funnels as well as performing thorough user testing



Qualifications

Technical Skills (Required)

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Firm understanding of good semantics and mobile first web design
  • Firm understanding of UX/UI design


Technical Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience working within a version control management system, such as GitHub
  • Experience with project management systems, such as Jira or Asana
  • Experience with email service provider and campaign platforms, and/or customer data platform software (Blueshift, Lytics, Iterable, Twilio Flex, etc.)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as GA/GTM, ThoughtSpot or Qlik Sense
