The Junior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, installing, and maintaining application systems, based on per-defined requirements and designs for programs, functions, services, and other related application components. The Junior Software Engineer will also perform design for less complex applications or modules. He/she will report to the manager of the development team and be based in Atlanta, GA.

What is the work you'll tackle?

  • Assist in application development, documenting and presenting design solutions and supporting rationale
  • Assist in early stages of system analysis and programming activities
  • Develops application programming code according to business and technical requirements, coding standards, and SDLC processes
  • Assist in design solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate complexity and risk
  • Assist in design of software based on provided detailed requirements
  • Convert basic specifications into equivalent infrastructure and application software structures
  • Code and unit test as part of a development team
  • Submit software products for review of compliance with best practices, standards, and enterprise architecture (code review)
  • Participate in quality assurance and testing to achieve quality objectives
  • Participate in quality assurance and testing activities according to planned schedules
  • Learn, use, and gain experience with testing tools and techniques
  • Perform technical support activities required for execution of test plans
  • Perform root cause analysis and defect correction as indicated by test results
  • Evaluate outcomes, report results and document findings according to current standards


This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

  • 2+ years of technical experience in application development
  • Concept of programming language
  • Experience in .Net programming with C# language is preferred
  • Experience in Python programming is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to review and analyze requirements
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong desire and ability to learn new concepts and skills
  • College degree and/or equivalent experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry is preferred
  • Knowledge in Git version control system is a big plus
  • AWS knowledge is a plus
