Job Requirements: • Experience in JAVA, Spring boot, Microservices, containerization. • High level knowledge in Apache Spark streaming and batch framework • Experience with Apache Kafka (Kafka Connectors, Kafka Streams), Zookeeper • Knowledge of Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Sqoop, Yarn) • Experience in Elasticsearch • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is required. • Take Ownership of the EPICS and lead the scrum team to deliver the User Stories

Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborating with product owners and solution architects to determine business-specific application needs. • Compiling and implementing application development plans

for new or existing applications. • Leading the application development team and supervising

the design, testing, and modification stages. • Create User Stories for the application platform and create

High Level and Low level Design. • Demonstrating application prototypes and integrating user feedback. • Writing scripts and code for applications. • Mentoring junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support. • Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards. • Integrating trends in application architecture in application development projects.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
