Job Description:
ECS is looking for a Java Programmer, providing support for Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM!
As a Java Programmer, you will be working with the Environment, Safety and Health Systems Engineering team. This team develops and supports, agile, integrated, process-based software solutions that enable Sandia to achieve its business and mission objectives, with focus on the health and safety of the workforce, and protection of the environment, while complying with regulatory and other requirements effectively and efficiently.
DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITES/TASKS INCLUDE:

• Develop, support, maintain and test software applications.
• Design, develop and implement applications.
• Implement specific initiatives and projects.
• Ensure implementation of software applications.
• Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement data migration and or data interface processes.
• Run tests and implement client development processes.
• Work with existing requirements documentation

Required Skills:

• BS/BA in CS or related field and/or Eight (8) years related experience, in lieu of a Bachelor's degree you must have 6 years of experience or an AA + 3 year"s of experience
• US Citizenship
• Experience in full-stack software development experience using Java
• Experience as a full-stack software development experience using JAVA resource with experience using the STRUTS and or SPRING framework
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including strong interpersonal skills
• Must have ability to obtain a DOE Secret/L Clearance
