We are currently seeking a Java Developer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Business/Product management team to understand, gather technical requirement & designs the systems/APIs
• Engage & Interact with Business, Project teams, Senior Management teams during all phases of SDLC.
• Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support to meet clients' requirements & expectations.
• Partner closely with Quality Assurance teams for identifying, triaging & resolution of defects or incidents during development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production fixes.
• Work closely with the India team in providing effort estimations and participating in client presentations.
• Excellent Communication skills. Communicating & reporting the project metrics, deliverables, outcomes seamlessly to various project stakeholders on consistent & regularly.
• Working knowledge of Containerization using Openshift, tomcat.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD - GIT, Jenkins, Deployments
• Working knowledge of Build tools like Gradle.
• Nice to Have; (But not a must)
• Experience with Migration activities (Data Migration, Database migration, Java Migration, Web Server Migrations)
• SAFe for Developer's point of view.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java (Java 8, 11)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Spring, SpringBoot.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience conceptualizing, designing and architecting the Webservices/Micro-Services.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience with Database concepts, Oracle & 2+ years of experience in MongoDB

Location: The position is in Charlotte office & should be available in-person at the office premises (once the offices open up).

Education:

• Requires Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information System, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study or related experience
