What You'll Do
As an IT/OT Analyst Engineer, you'll be part of our Corporate Global Operations team. You will support the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 critical applications and laser focused on providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. You'll also get to:

  • Partner with users to define and analyze problems and align the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions
  • Partner with users and key stakeholders to capture evaluate, analyze, and document requirements translating them into proper system requirements, specifications and support plans
  • Conduct process analyses, needs assessments, to align information technology solutions with Industry 4.0 / OT-related initiatives
  • Solicit, develop, document and manage requirements and provide detailed support and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control
  • Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
  • Partner with Work with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing and Review system test plans and system tests modules before implementation
  • Create, review and deliver documentation (Operational Support Plans, process flow charts, etc.)
  • In upgrade, monitor production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users
  • Ensure that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project
  • Provide input on processes, procedures, or new approaches
  • Formulate and define systems support and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of Industry 4.0 systems, applications and industry requirements
  • Teach end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as provide support for existing systems
  • Support Industry 4.0 applications: Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Automation, Maintenance and Quality Systems


Who You Are

  • A four (4) year degree from an accredited institution
  • 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations researching, understanding and implementing IT/OT best practices to manufacturing environments for Shop Floor Systems
  • 3 years' experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • 3 years' experience demonstrated project & task management skills including planning, organizing, and managing resources, communication and leadership; managing medium to large projects from planning to completion
  • 3 years' experience managing and supporting Industry 4.0 / OT-Related applications such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Data Analytics
  • Excellent demonstrable oral and written skills and communications with internal & external customers
  • 3 years' experience in one of the following areas:
  • Power Apps such as Tulip or Power Apps
  • Industrial Control Systems / Scada Collection / communication protocols such as Ethernet IP, Modbus TCPIP, UDP, DNP3, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc.
  • Windows or Linux Virtual Machines / Servers; troubleshooting and support - Virtualized (VMWare) VSAN; Backup and Disaster Recovery: analyze systems utilization; identify and respond effectively to anomaly conditions; System analysis
  • Network infrastructure and protocols; VLAN / LAN / Wan / WiFi / industrial ethernet switches and respond effectively to business requirements to deploy devices
  • Security: Architecture; Active Directory; Firewall policies and protocols: Risk Assessment; countermeasures; security levels pertaining to ISAIEC 62443
