Job Description

Boulder, CO or Remote only in US.

Bonusly is looking for a detail-oriented IT Engineer to impact the internal IT operations of an industry-leading B2B SaaS platform that is currently scaling to over 1000 customer organizations and millions of users. In this role, you will be owning the day-to-day of all IT functions and be a vital resource as our company rapidly scales. You will get to positively impact some of the most influential companies in the world such as Hulu, Chobani, Headspace, Palo Alto Networks, and more. Our Recognition and Signals products empower employees to show appreciation for each other, build stronger working relationships, and feel a greater sense of belonging. We are a young company and you will be joining a high impact, high visibility team tasked with all aspects of IT operations.

What you’ll do

• Provide IT support to our employees by collaborating closely with stakeholders in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
• Find technical solutions for the specific needs of our employees.
• Manage equipment inventory from evaluation and purchasing to license management and maintenance.
• Help define and drive IT policy decisions, procedures, and internal documentation.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, MDM and related technology and processes

💯You should apply if you…..

• Have 2+ years of professional experience as an IT Support Specialist or Engineer
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and effectively multi-task
• Be self-reliable, a self-starter and detail-oriented

Bonus points for…..

• Experience deploying, managing, and supporting Apple devices. 
• The drive to act and own high-impact projects from day one.
• Previous work experience in a startup environment

Compensation

• Target Base Range: $70,000 - $80,000
• Target Equity: .03 - .06%
