What you will be doing
You will be part of the Profile Implementation team working directly with customers to architect and implement the core Profile banking product as well as designing solutions to integrate to third party products and services. You also be responsible for working closely with core Product team to recommend improvement to the Product based on your implementation experiences.
Your main responsibilities will include

• Working with Product and Customer team to gather requirements on the client specific implementation needs
• Designing solutions to implement Profile UI components and integrations to third party products to meet the customer requirements
• Defining non-functional requirements with respect to Security, Scalability, Availability and Reliability
• Building/extending existing product frameworks to meet client requirements
• Support development teams during build phase of the project
• Work closely with Network, Infrastructure and Client teams to implement the solutions in a timely fashion
• Effectively manage the client's technical solutions for Profile, including 3rd party and customer application integration.
• Review client implementation with Production support teams and help troubleshoot critical production issues.
• Review and support functional, technical and infrastructure enhancements to client implementations.
• Communicate to the client, account team and technology teams creating common understanding of technology issues and requirements

What you bring:

• Knowledge of application development, system architecture, change and event management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. 10+ Years of IT Experience and post-graduate education is desired.
• Extensive experience in JAVA programming with REST and SOAP Web Service design and development
• Deep knowledge of XML including Schema based design, Web Service consumption, and Transformation technologies (XSLT, Velocity, any Graphical Mapping tools).
• A strong understanding of Databases and SQL programming
• Experience with spring frameworks such as Spring-Framework (DI, IOC), Spring Web, and Spring Security.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex and challenging issues/projects.
• Ability to identify, assemble, and facilitate the right SMEs for issues, changes, incidents.
• Technical background in a wide variety of areas used to develop robust and resilient architectures
• Systems thinking background, pulling a variety of related topics together for comprehensive solutions
• Strong experience understanding of the importance of business value balanced with architectural principles and engineering practices
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with technical and business personnel from individual contributors to senior management
• The ability to influence and persuade others on the correct approach to take based on competing interests and constraints
