Provide timely and high quality technical support performing engineering research, evaluation, configuration, testing, analysis and deployment of real-time sensor technologies and associated IoT services to enhance HSB insurance product offering and assist client companies and customers in mitigation of insurance losses. Uses engineering knowledge and experience to develop and improve solutions in support of the primary business foundation. Provides expertise to solve problems, develops innovative solutions to engineering problems and customer operational issues, and creates complex algorithms to provide actionable intelligence for business owners to optimize operational performance and efficiencies.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years' experience in an engineering position
• Experience working in design, manufacturing, construction, maintenance or operations is a plus
• Experience working in computer/software programming is a plus
• Professional Engineer's License is a plus
