Job Description The Integration Security team leads and coordinates all security engineering efforts aligned to the critical integrations space across JPMorgan. We are engineers on a defender mission focused on securing technology solutions for data exchange within and across organization boundaries. We design, engineer & integrate security controls & believe in seamless embedded security & all ways of engineering & baking security in from the start for frictionless value delivery to our business and customers. Join us as we build our team to make a difference! We're looking to add a highly motivated and skilled technologist as a security developer and DevOps automation SME to our new family. A self-starter with a delivery mindset, team-first attitude and comfortable partnering with many different disciplines and SMEs at all levels of the organization to define, develop and deliver security solutions supporting the integration space. The role will combine technical leadership, and hands-on development with a focus on integrations and distributed systems development. As part of this groundbreaking team, you will work on diverse technologies and concepts and a ll facets of software development from proof-of concepts to production deployment utilizing agile delivery practices and toolsets.
Qualifications include:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or related field, OR comparable level of professional experience
  • 5-7+ years within Information Technology and ideally 3-5 years of relevant hands-on development experience
  • Knowledge of modern integrations; synchronous & asynchronous (e.g., APIs, Streaming & Messaging)
  • Professional experience with at least one, including platforms/tooling, technologies, underlying security model and relevant architectural frameworks.
  • Expertise in developing secure software (hands on) including one or more programming languages: C#, C++, Java and/or Python
  • Good understanding of elements of quality design and software architecture best practices
  • Experience with deployment in the cloud
  • Experience in risk and risk control compliance is a plus
  • Cloud computing & deployment (i.e. Kubernetes, AWS, PCF) and working knowledge of Terraform is highly desired
