About this opportunity

We are now looking for an Integration Engineer to analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system. Scope of work could include the scenarios of introduction, upgrade expansion, functionality and capacity. Work will in part from our customer legacy.

What you will do
  • Implementation of the product configuration / integration work for RAN Nodes (eNB/BBU/RRH).
  • End-to-End technical understanding of Design, Scripting and Integration process.
  • Collaborate with the Scripting SME on automating solutions.
  • Design, test, and develop software to meet scope requirement.
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement and implement useful plans to simplify the ways of working.
  • Self-motivated to work autonomously and drive CU agnostic solutions and efficiencies across the team.
  • Connect to customer networks using appropriate and predefined protocols to extract network data
  • Extract data from Excel files, network logs, PDF, and files of various formats for analysis and scripting.
  • Provide Level of Effort and time line based on the solution requirement.
  • Maintain Software Development Process.
  • Analytical learning and researching skills
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
You will bring
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills Proficient computer user including Microsoft Office, at least one programming/scripting language, and database applications (ie Microsoft Access, MySQL)
  • Capability to define and develop databases including basic programming/scripting is required. Problem identification, organization, and resolution skills at an intermediate level.
  • Establishes comprehensive review processes for self and team and adheres to regular reporting routines for management. Actively seeks peer review and advice.
  • Consistently shares ideas and understanding with colleagues via written documents and oral presentations. Attention to detail a must
  • Interface and provide guidance to offshore team in support of completion of work you're doing Key Qualifications: Minimum BSEE/BSCS and 5 years of applicable experience. MSEE/MSCS preferred.
  • Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements. 5+ Java/J2EE experience. 1+ of .NET, Python, SQL, JavaScript experience. Working experience with Eclipse, SVN, Git, GitHub, Jira.
  • Demonstrated agile methodologies.
  • Developed and supported RESTful(API) services. Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills via prior work experience.
  • Basic proven track record: LTE Radio Access Network. Understanding of RNDCIQ and RFDS and how that affects scripting requirements.
  • Solid understanding of Ericsson MO structure.
  • Experience of LTE scripting and OSS/ENM.
