Description:The Lockheed Martin (LM) Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Integration, Test & Evaluation (IT&E) organization is hiring experienced I&T Engineers. The I&T Engineer candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of integration and test events. The candidate will commonly be expected to develop integration and test strategies, plans and procedures for the synthesis of both Hardware (HW) and Software (SW) into higher level assemblies. The candidate will also be required to perform hands on integration and testing of components, sub systems and systems as part of a cross functional team. Integration and testing will be performed at internal LM labs, commercial and industry laboratories, as well as US Government test ranges and laboratories. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate I&T plans, progress and issues to stakeholder peers, internal LM leadership, and customer I&T counterparts. An ability to collaborate with the product team across engineering disciplines is essential to the success of the candidate I&T engineer.

Responsibilities include generation of functional, allocated, and product baseline verification test viewpoints and production test models in Cameo using MBSE techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to develop integration & test plans and procedures
Ability to perform hardware & software integration and test
Ability to develop MBSE work products within a model based environment
Desired Skills:
Ability to develop MBSE artifacts in Cameo
Experience with Government Reference Architecture (GRA)
Experience with Weapon Open System Architecture (WOSA)
Hardware in the loop testing
EMI analysis
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
