Implementation Engineer

Uniphore, an early leader in Conversational Service Automation (CSA), is looking for a seasoned, highly motivated Implementation Engineer to be an integral member of the Professional Service Group at Uniphore. The successful candidate will be based in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with software installation/deployment/configuration on Windows/ UNIX based production environments and Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, Unix Shell


  • Represent Uniphore and be the face of organization in front of customers
  • Participate in business requirements workshops
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers, business analysts, etc. to support documentation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements for the solution
  • Own the responsibility of onsite installation, integration testing, user acceptance testing and production launch of Uniphore’s solutions
  • Understand and articulate value proposition of Uniphore’s solution
  • Participate in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of prototypes and orchestration and sign-off on acceptance test results to ensure design integrity
  • Task assignment/tracking status/Team Management
  • Influence and contribute to Uniphore’s product road-map
  • Understand customer needs and requirements from Uniphore Speech Analytics, Virtual Assistant and Speech Biometrics based solutions
  • Understand language, accent, colloquial and context related needs basis


  • 2+ years experience required
  • Must have hands-on experience with software installation/deployment/configuration on Windows/ UNIX based production environments
  • Must have Programming / Scripting experience in PHP, Python, Java, Unix Shell
  • Must have good knowledge of Postgres, SQL Server database technologies – database administration, tuning, detect and resolve database problems
  • Must have good Knowledge of disaster recovery, including creating disaster recovery plans for the environment, helping to document procedures, and planning and testing recovery procedures in a remote backup environment
  • Must have experience with Amazon AWS and other cloud platforms
