Job Description:
Roles and responsibilities:
- The Senior IAM Engineering is responsible for IAM Platform, continued growth of the IAM Platforms for access provisioning, access control and privileged access management.
- They will be analyzing, designing, programming and testing IAM software programs and applications.
- They will work closely with Project Management and Business Analysis groups to assess, enhance our identity software solutions to business requirements.
- Using strong logic, computer language skills, combined with practical knowledge, deliver and maintain identity applications and software providing comprehensive solutions.
- Execution based on the SLA to ensure the quality of services.
- They may need to work closely with clients to ensure clear communication and expectations are set as well as collaborating with internal partners such as IT.
- Will be involved in maintenance and support of the IAM tools
Required Skills:
- 3 years of Identity and Access Management Experience preferred.
- Application development and administration experience.
- Application development and administration experience in IAM product stack IBM ISIM (OR) IBM ISAM
- Experience in CyberArk setup and administration
- Windows and Linux/Unix knowledge.
- Understanding of Active Directory.
- Proven track record of delivering objectives and tasks on time and within budget.
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and adaptable
- Ability to work with global teams.
- Info Security related certifications a plus.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[100K - 114K] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
