This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Active Directory with a wide variety of technologies in a fast-paced global environment. In this role you will leverage a strong understanding of AD infrastructure to quickly adapt to the environment and make an impact.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinates with CyberSecurity and IT to ensure compliance of Identity Access Management (IAM) systems across the company and our cloud products.
  • Performs and oversees a variety of key functions to ensure authentication to cloud services are available, reliable, and stable while maintaining compliance.
  • This position will serve as the technical lead to projects that are large and/or complex in nature and will provide mentorship to new team members, as well as provide technical guidance to the rest of the team though documentation and continual training.
  • Responsible for technical leadership for implementation of Microsoft M365 cloud tools.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot federated identity and multi-factor authentication systems for access to cloud services.
  • Provide support of systems and platforms including but not limited to, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Distributed File System, Microsoft Active Directory Federations Services, Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services, Azure AD Connect, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing roadmaps for cloud applications, including M365.
  • Accountable to install, configure, and maintain high availability of the authentication environment.
  • Leads performance and capacity planning in regard to Active Directory and Authentication Cloud systems.
  • Creates and updates procedural documents as well as trains users in the proper use of IAM systems.
  • Contributes to technical research on new technologies, processes or procedures for overall system improvements.
  • Demonstrates understanding of business impacts of issues and how they relate to IT owned solutions.
  • Performs internal audits and works with outside auditors to maintain regulatory compliance such as NIST, PCI, HITRUST, HIPAA and ISO.
  • Provide recommendations to management to sustain forecast business growth needs.
  • Proactively identify and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Propagate knowledge and operations readiness through documentation and mentorship.
  • Ability to perform analysis of competing technologies and products.
  • Work closely and escalates issues directly with vendors to ensure that supporting operating systems are compliant with applications, including required patch levels, hot fixes, and revisions.
  • Adhere to ITIL processes: Incident, Request, Change, and Problem.

We Value:

  • 3+ years experience operating at a Systems Engineer level.
  • 3+ years experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure based platforms and services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge implementing policies and controls related to managing and securing Microsoft Azure based applications and services. Specifically, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Active Directory architecture and design.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services and Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Kerberos, SAML 2.0, and LDAP authentication protocols.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Identity and Access Management best practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft PowerShell in the support of Microsoft platforms.
  • Customer-service oriented, able to build working relationships with people and have effective oral and written communication skills when communicating with coworkers, clients, and upper management.
  • Managing deployments/rollouts.
  • Ability to act in a level 3 capacity, interfacing with Microsoft Support to resolve errors and recommend solutions to maintain 0365 functionality for the end user community.
