In this IAM Security Access Control Analyst role, you will join an information security technology operations team responsible for account, identity, and access management security controls. Your skills and knowledge working with people and technology will be applied to supporting the global enterprise and elevating Nike's security game. You will work with peers and partner technology groups to secure the digital identities of employees, application systems, and web services. You'll be achieving your goals and growing your skill through training and experience we'll provide.

What We're Looking For:

  • Shown ability to perform quality work during stressful and high pressure audit cycles
  • Experience managing workload through ticket management systems
  • Proven ability to perform sophisticated user and access analysis and provide quality, valuable results
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new IT, retail, logistics and security concepts and technologies
  • Experience working in an access or user account analysis role preferred
  • Experience working with application and AD (or other directory services) account management preferred
  • Experience working with remote teams and globally distributed teams, working with non-native English speakers
  • Experience working with Identity Management systems preferred: SailPoint Identity IQ, LDAP
  • Professional education and certification (like CompTIA Security+, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, or CISM) are preferred


Job description

  • Act as Control Performer of daily reconciliation process to help ensure ongoing Nike CIS IAM Identity and Access Controls
  • Perform extensive data analysis of SailPoint lockers to identify potential identity concerns such as, duplicate data, miscorrelated accounts, incorrectly terminated accounts, and other inconsistencies
  • Perform research on emergent issues and discrepancies and work to remediate user populations' data (attributes, state, manager, etc.) in accordance with the IAM Change Management methodologies
  • Draft, review, improve, and maintain relevant compliance documentation related to the leaver review lifecycle
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying gaps and/or deficiencies in the overall review methodology
  • Complete regular data quality checks for lockers and work with IAM operations where need to address data issues discovered. Identify patterns for issues and raise them as needed for additional validation and remediation.



Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related filed, or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • Hands-on multi-year (2+) experience with information system technologies like operating systems, identity & access management systems, and/or basic information security technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform quality work during stressful and high pressure audit cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex user and access analysis and provide quality, valuable results
  • Experience working in an access analysis role preferred- Experience with IAM systems on both Windows and UNIX (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
  • Experience working with Identity Management systems preferred, SailPoint Identity IQ
  • Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Proven analytical and problem solving ability
  • Superior communication, ability to explain complex concepts
  • Excellent organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work
  • Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential
