Job Description: Parsons is seeking an IAMD Engineer to support our recently awarded $2.2bil TEAMS Next contract. Our Team provides system engineering support to assist the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) strategic planning for the Missile Defense System.

The Integrated Air & Missile Defense Engineer will be responsible for CMD-H architecture development activities supporting the MDA CMD-H. These activities will include but not limited to:• Coordinate with the MDA customer on overall activities required to support the Director/Deputy CMD-H• Brief CMD-H stakeholders on architecture development activities• Develop and brief architecture products in support of the Director/Deputy CMD-H• Support planning and execution of a demonstration for Joint Tactical Integrated Fire Control (JTIFC) for CMD-H in the National Capital Region Integrated Air Defense System (NCR IADS). • Support the MDA Cruise Missile Defense of the Homeland (CMD-H) office in the development of a CMD-H and Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) architectures.• Coordinate with NORAD/USNORTHCOM and USEUCOM to develop CMD requirements for ABAD, Point Defense and Limited Area Defense (LAD)• Develop strategy to implement Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) with other MDA architecture products, including Hypersonic Defense, Ballistic Missile Defense, and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) • Support US Air Force Europe (USAFE) in the development of an Air Base Air Defense (ABAD) Architecture for Ramstein Air Base and other Air Bases in the EUCOM AoR.

Required Skills:

• A STEM Master's Degree and 12+ years of related professional experience
• Active Secret clearance.
• Experience in leading working groups

Desired Skills: Demonstrated experience in the following areas:• Project management • Organizational, written and verbal skills• Coordination and participation with multiple organizations including prime contractors, services and government organizations to include major test events, working groups, support agreements• Experience in facilitating information sharing across multiple organizations both government and contractor.• Experience in documenting requirements, test events, developing test plans, writing test reports Experience with the following:• Battle Command Systems and concepts such as BCS-F, BC3, IBCS, JADC2• Fire Control Networks such as CEC, IFCN• Cruise Missile Defense (CMD) and Air Defense systems such as IFPC, NASAMS, Patriot• National Capital Region Integrated Air Defense System (NCR IADS)• Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC)• Radar/Sensor Systems such as Sentinel, Patriot, JLENS• Datalink systems

This support will require occasional travel to the NCR and prime contractor sites. Travel will be less than 10%.
