This role will be responsible for managing and developing automated solutions to further enable Access Administration's ability to onboard technologies to our user provisioning systems as well as partnering with Application owners to onboard, configure and manage system profiles within access provisioning tools.
Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain application self-service provisioning services and provide strategic guidance and direction
  • Partner with businesses, IT owners, and IAM members to enhance provisioning processes and use cases for future automation enhancements
  • Manage the configuration of system profiles within the access provisioning tool based on gathered requirements
  • Set up and manage automated as well as manual provisioning workflows
  • Document business and technical processes surrounding user access provisioning
  • and identity management
  • Provide provisioning administration training to Business and IT users
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for self-service provisioning system development
  • Establish and manage overall project plans for small to medium size efforts


Requirement

  • 2 or more years IAM access provisioning or identity governance experience
  • Experience with provisioning and governing tools such as SailPoint's IdentityIQ (IIQ), Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), CA Identity Manager, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and establish credibility with business partners
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Asset

  • Coding experience with one or more of the follow languages Java, C#, C/C++, Go, Python or JavaScript with a willingness and ability to learn new ones
  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals: unit testing, code reviews, telemetry, agile and DevOps
  • Experience working with any of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, HCC Kubernetes, React JS, or MySQL DB

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
