  • Develop key metrics to track progress against our plans and the return on our investment in automation, with the ability to scale these nationwide
  • Build a deep understanding of day-to-day operations of the warehouse and generate ideas to integrate automation alongside manual processes
  • Create a safe work environment by actively designing and implementing with a safety-first mindset

  • Collaborate with the senior operations team to develop and streamline warehouse procedures which maximize the lifespan and efficiency of our facilities
  • Contribute to an amazing work culture by integrating feedback and ideas from the specialist population and developing systems that inspire great work and collaboration. Our goal is to cement Happy Returns as a top workplace within the local regions.
