We’re looking for a HRIS Integration Developer to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Be responsible for creating HRIS integrations and reports while leveraging tools to streamline and automate processes.
Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions within HR related domains (Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting, etc)
Build complex integrations using the suite of Workday Integration tools (Reports-as-a-Service, EIB, Document Transformation, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio)
Manage resolution of integration issues, tracking ticket status and partnering with internal/external teams to resolve
Thoroughly test integrations through unit testing and UAT, creating/executing test scripts & coordinating testing resources
Translate business needs into requirements & technical specifications
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support design and ongoing maintenance of integrations
Collaborate with internal and external technology stakeholders to ensure effective integration approaches
Address Workday security issues related to Integrations
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions
Continuously assess existing integrations to deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity
Review functionality delivered in Workday releases to assess business impacts and opportunities for integration enhancements
Drive extensions using Workday Cloud Development Platform and operational excellence initiatives by building Boomerang Integrations and automation of manual processes
Work on multiple parallel projects

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
3+ years working knowledge of Workday Integration Framework (Report Writer, EIB, Document Transformation, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio)
3+ years working knowledge of integration-related technologies (SOAP, REST, WSDL, SFTP, data encryption, XML/XSLT, etc)
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
An active Snapchatter with a passion for Snapchat and creativity!
3+ years extensive experience working with the following Workday modules - Core HCM, Comp, Recruiting, Benefits, US Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking
3+ years experience with Workday's Business Process Framework and Security
