NICE/ Nexidia is looking for a manager/ leader to join our Platform Engineering Group as w e grow our market lead ing position in the C ustomer I nteraction D ata -A nalytics space.
JOB SUMMARY

Y ou will manage multiple A gile Teams in our P latform Enginee ring Group for our Nexidia Interaction Analytics Product Suite , reporting to a Director of R&D. We are looking for a leader who can develop fundament ally strong agile teams, manage the product ion of quality software, me et deadlines, man age pri orities, and manage the career growth of their directs . Our ideal candidate has several years of senior software engineering AND man agement experience. To be clear, t hi s is a software engi neering, management tract position.

ESSE NTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide s engineering and SDLC leade rship for tw o distinct agile teams.
• Can speak intellig ently about all aspects of the team, including te chnical solutions
• Participates in a gile ceremonies, includ ing grooming
• M anaging pri orities
• Ma nage s direct reports, including archi tect s

REQ UIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Agile software development experience
• Experience leading and mentoring tea m s
• S olid software engineering the ory and methodologie s
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• I s willing to assist the team in any manner

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Cre ative problem solving , debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Has developed software for large scale enterprise products.
• Experi ence with d at a warehousing and ETL.
• Expe rience with SQL , C #
• Experience with MicroStrategy and / or other Business I ntelligence solutions
• Experience with real- time telephony applications

E DUCATION

• Minimum Ba chelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
