Description

SAIC's National Security Group (NSG) is seeking a GEOINT Test Lead to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. The position will be located in Chantilly, VA and requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

LANDMARK AOS is a large Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

You will provide SETA support for the acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) national intelligence ground R&D systems (hardware and software), cooperatively with government, FFRDC, and other SETA contractors. In this role you will actively support enterprise level test strategy development for the Chief Architect.

Key functions include:

  • Provide strategic integration/test and systems engineering support
  • Manage requirements for programs and projects
  • Developing Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for new capabilities and coordinating them across the affected organizations
  • Developing enterprise test, system, functional, performance, and interface requirements
  • Scope and link requirements for proper system definition
  • Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents
  • Develop large scale test and integration strategies, plans and procedures
  • Lead support for test strategy implementation activities across GED program offices
  • Guide GED's cross-directorate coordination efforts for enterprise test strategies, plans and activities
  • Communicate and strategize with GED senior management on test strategy development and organizational adoption methodologies

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor's STEM degree from an accredited institution; professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with systems engineering, integration and test, and software development and/or testing
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development
  • Min 3 years' experience in GEOINT systems (vehicle or ground)
  • Experience leading working with large systems engineer efforts
  • Experience managing working under a rigorous System Engineering process in a mission critical environment
  • Must be an independent self-starter with strong initiative
  • Must have strong writing / reporting and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to perform in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
  • Must be flexible in a constantly changing business landscape

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced STEM degree
  • Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
  • Agile or DevOps certification (+)
  • Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders
  • Demonstrated experience with Risk Analysis
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
