This is for our Quality Assurance Practice globally servicing 800+ Clients including 50+ clients in Fortune 100. We bring the industry leading vision and expertise to help with Quality Engineering transformation journey for our reputed clients
Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a "Green Card") for this role.
Minimum Qualification:

  • Total experience of 6+ years in software testing industry.
  • Skills required - Lead, Functional Testing, Agile
  • Insurance domain knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry field (Required)

Job Description:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Functional Testing project and should be aware of Software development life cycle (SDLC) .
  • Experience as an Onsite lead
  • Onshore - Offshore Coordination
  • Candidate should have hands on experience in creating test plans, test estimation metrices, managing testing schedules, status and metrics report to stakeholders.
  • Candidate should be well versed with Agile methodology and be aware of test scenarios design, review, execution, tracking including defects logging and closure.
  • Candidate should be well versed in System Integration testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing and White/Black box testing.
  • Candidate should possess good hands-on experience on any functional testing tools such as JIRA
  • Candidate should have exposure to DB/Mainframe tools
  • Good to have - Knowledge in Insurance Domain.
