InCloudCounsel is seeking a Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing company. InCloudCounsel is the leading technology and services provider of contract automation and intelligence for many of the world’s biggest and most innovative companies. By combining highly experienced corporate attorneys with cloud-based software that unlocks valuable data within contracts, InCloudCounsel offers a scalable, end-to-end solution for negotiating and managing routine legal work.

We are looking for full-stack software engineers with experience in Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, and JavaScript. Opinions about JavaScript and Rails best practices are a must. Bonus points if you have some cool open source or portfolio projects in your Github account.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of full-time engineering experience and would describe themselves as someone who gets it done and truly loves building software. This is a great opportunity to have your work make a meaningful difference.

The role will report directly to a Lead Engineer of InCloudCounsel and the preferred locations for this role are in any of our US locations.*
