Full-Stack Java Software Engineer
This position involves collaborative work with the government, system engineers, and software engineers to design, develop, install, deploy, operate, and manage systems. This engineer will support development and sustainment of multiple critical national security mission systems that deliver time-sensitive intelligence around the world.
Telework is not expected for this role. Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every six weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.
MANDATORY SKILLS: Required technical skills include experience with:
Full-stack software engineering with strong back-end Java skills and UI experience
Angular, Angular JS, or TypeScript
RESTful web services
SpringBoot
MongoDB
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this position
OPTIONAL SKILLS: Desired technical skills may include experience with some of the following:
Agile software development practices, Jira and Confluence
Current Agency reporting tools and solutions
Spring cloud, Spring framework
Docker, Docker Compose, or Docker Swarm
Tomcat
