Full Stack Engineer - REMOTE

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with an unwavering passion for developing meaningful, easy-to-use applications. Most of the work we do is on large-scale, enterprise-wide systems (both commercial and government). This position is a little different in that it supports a federal government agency focused on incrementally funding new product development across the federal landscape, starting at the prototype level and scaling from there as the work we're doing is validated and proven. This is a remote position.

What the job looks like:

• Collaborate with teammates to architect, design, and implement software solutions to satisfy business requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates on interdependent work streams.
• Work with all aspects of software development including devops, quality assurance, research, and design.
• Shift gears to jump on a critical issue along with other teams and resolve quickly.

You have:

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• 5+ years experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Experience with Python and/or Ruby highly desired
• Demonstrated success in building applications while working in an Agile environment
• Experience with automated unit testing and end-to-end testing
• Knowledge and experience with API development.
• Experience solving complex problems and implementing solutions for performance and scalability.
• Built modern CI/CD pipelines, including experience or interest in developing custom Github Actions
• Strong communication skills and internal motivation to solve problems
• Passion for learning new technologies and the ability to do so quickly
• Ability to write high-quality code efficiently
• Experience working with Javascript frameworks (Vue, React, Node) and Cloud providers is preferred
• General familiarity with SSPs and/or security compliance (specifically FedRAMP or FISMA) a plus
