Job Summary - Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Under limited supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle
  • Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages
  • Code and unit test changes to computer programs from program specifications
  • Provides the necessary documentation
  • Documents and maintains those programs
  • Mentors those in less senior positions

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
  • Java
  • Spring Boot
  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Troubleshooting
  • Data services (Relational, Caching, Messaging)
  • Tibco Business Events / Business Works/ActiveSpaces
  • XML/XSL/JSON
  • Understand the SAFE Agile framework
  • Source control tools: Git
  • Maven and Gradle build frameworks
  • Integration technologies; such as SOAP, JMS, and REST

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Domicile: This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
