Position Overview:

Do you love baseball almost as much as you love video games? Why not combine the two and join us at San Diego Studio to work on our MLB® - The Show game series! As our UI Tools Programmer, you will be working with our engineers, artists, and designers to improve the tools that help make MLB® - The Show great! We seek a programmer proficient with C# and C++ to develop and optimize our Frontend and UI tools for asset management, grooming, creation, visualization tools etc.


  • C# and C++ coding to expand Frontend/UI tools features.
  • Coding/scripting to formalize / unit test existing game code.
  • Learn/maintain and improve existing export pipeline


  • 3 years’ experience of game industry (or related) experience
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strength in C# and C/C++
  • Experience with build systems (MSBuild, CruiseControl.NET, Jenkins)
  • Ability to write efficient/compact code for game consoles with limited resources
  • Design and implementation of modular and easily extensible solutions
  • Strong mathematics background (linear algebra, geometry, vector math)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative
  • Able and motivated to work with other team members
