We’re seeking a passionate and talented Frontend Technical Team Lead who can lead and mentor a small team of engineers and contribute to the development of our core consumer products.

What you'll do:

• Partner with product and design to build an amazing experience for homeowners
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
• Contribute to the development of our core consumer products
• Use hands-on, technical expertise to drive solutions for a range of challenges
• Partner and collaborate with other teams (including Product, Design, QA, DevOps)

What you have:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience building high-performing, architecturally complex products
• Experience building and architecting products from conception to general availability
• 2+ years of leadership or mentorship experience leading other software engineers
• Mastery of React
• Collaborative approach to working with other teams
• Ability to lead by example
• Thoughtful approach to leading and mentoring other engineers
• Proactive and effective communication style
• Strong contributor to the maintenance of a fantastic and transparent culture

Special consideration for:

• Proficiency in a backend language
• Interest or experience in residential real estate
• Experience working for an early stage startup
• Fantastic sense of humor
