Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salad's Windows & Web applications

Work closely with the product manager, stakeholders, and partners, to help shape technical requirements and specifications

Take custom design assets and bring them to life programmatically

Guide, document and work against Salad's API alongside our lead engineer

Maintain compatibility and stability of the application - security certificates, anti-virus, firewall, browsers and hardware drivers

Identify and squash bugs, and work alongside our Product Manger and QA contractors to ensure correct and stable performance across multiple machines and Windows Versions

Keep abreast of the latest security threats and maintain the integrity of our applications

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development.

Proficient with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Jest. Extra points if you've built an application with Electron.

Excellent technical and communication skills.

Experience with agile methodologies.

Work independently to follow through on assignments with minimal direction and take action when answers to a problem are not readily apparent in equivocal situations.
