Front-End Web Expert, Senior

Key Role:

Support client engagements as a front-end web expert, driving the design and implementation of highly scalable, durable, and secure web-based applications and services. Apply both functional knowledge and general industry knowledge. Work with UI / UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience utilizing a range of te chn ologies. Work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. Benefit from mentoring, code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, to grow as a team, and make the best solutions for our customers. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with developing frontend applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • 5+ years of experience with a JavaScript framework, including Vue, Angular, or React
  • 5+ years of experience with CSS frameworks, including Bootstrap or Foundation
  • Experience with CSS generators
  • Experience with using Agile sof tware development methods
  • Experience with usability analysis, testing, and client facing engagements, including design discussions and product demonstrations
  • Experience with responsive web design, including mobile and tablet
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with server-side application development using languages, including Node.js, Python, or Java
  • Experience in working with US Digital Services Web Design Standards ( USWDS )
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git, GitLab, and GitHub

Compe nsa tion:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 85,900.00 - 159,400.00. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
