We are on the lookout for a Front-end Software Engineer tojoin our Vehicle Software Team.Come share in the growth of the company where you can exercise your expertise, grow and be a valued contributor.You will contribute to theongoingdevelopment of our Vehicle Infotainment and Telematics software.

What you'll be creating:

A world-class in-vehicle digital experience through the infotainment and instrument cluster user interfaces.

Collaborate with our software, product, and design leadership to write the software behind the UIs in our vehicles.

Write clean, efficient, reusable code that is unit tested, end-to-end tested, code reviewed, and adheres to internal code standard

Own the development and maintenance of critical pieces of our core software stacks.

Leverage open-source tools to solve complex problems with efficiency, stability, and portability.

You have:

Excellent Proficiency at the Following:

• Modern JavaScript (>= ES6)
• A front end framework, bonus points for Vue
• CSS/SCSS
• HTML
• Unit Testing
• MVC basics

Familiarity with:

• Typescript
• Basic bash scripting

Bonus points for:

• Docker
• Crystal/Ruby
• Development on platforms other than a laptop or cloud (like Raspberry PI, Arduino, etc.)
• Database basics (creation, migrations, simple queries, working with an ORM)
• Command line tools/*nix
• E2E testing (bonus points for Cypress)
• Performance testing

You are:
