Who You Are:
- You are a strong hands-on QA/Test Engineer that can own the QA process and policies.
- You are driven and hungry to make an impact.
- You are a dynamic thinker, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a business sense to identify opportunities.
- You like to move fast and deliver application value early.
What you will do all day:
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual software tests and incorporate them into our CI/CD workflow.
- Ensure adequate testing and usability of development code prior to release to production.
- Maintain technical and functional expertise across the entire application stack and collaborate with Product Owners and development teams.
- Create and implement detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Identify, record, document and track bugs.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Participate in software release deployment testing, QA and unplanned outage resolution incidents that may occur.
- Create bug reproduction scripts.

- Engage with development teams in defect resolution
- Display commitment to continuous learning and improvement of development and quality strategies
What you need to succeed:

- 3 - 5 years of QA/Test engineering experience
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- A strong proficiency and in-depth understanding of front-end technologies, especially typescript, react, and CSS
- A passion for UX: you understand in your bones that page speed, asset size, and critical render path all affect your users. Pixel-perfect layout may or may not be your thing, but you know that a subtly bad form can ruin a user's impression of your application.
- Adaptability: while you enjoy establishing processes and standards, you understand the need to be flexible and enjoy trying new things.
- Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly, as required
