We believe in teamwork and common goal towards producing high quality firmware product. Being part of our team, you will have opportunity to work closely with Silicon architect and design teams, silicon validation teams on latest silicon technologies.
The candidate will work with team across geo. Also, the candidate will be responsible for gathering new features, architect and design easily expandable and manageable solution, implement the solution, validate and deliver high-quality firmware product on schedule. The candidate will be responsible to develop product documentation. Lastly, must possess solid interpersonal skills and team player.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and 7+ years of firmware work experience.
- Embedded firmware development in C.
- Experience in firmware debugging.
Preferred Qualifications:
- System BIOS UEFI development or Embedded Controller Firmware development or CoreBoot BIOS Development.
- Experience with bus standards such as SPI, I2C, PCIe, USB, etc.
- Experience with Intel x86 IA64 architecture.
- Experience in firmware debugging tools and techniques.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
