You are:

An innovator and problem-solver. You're an expert when it comes to protecting on-prem and cloud-based systems. And you can configure and deploy any security tool that comes across your desk. While staying on your toes, you design customized and cutting-edge solutions. You know security solutioning requires knowledge of infrastructure, trusted applications, continuous monitoring proper implementation of security appliances and virtual machines. You understand who or what is connecting to the network and how to properly implement security frameworks such as Access Control and Zero Trust

The Work:

Supporting client Zero Trust team, the Identity Solutions Architect will be accountable for helping to establish Zero Trust recommendations for Identity related topics. Collaborate with other technical leads (e.g. network, applications and data, devices) in the creation of a comprehensive Zero Trust approach. Own the vision of how the client can transform their identity capabilities towards Zero Trust architectures and concepts. Translate this vision into requirements, reference architectures, roadmaps, designs, and implementation plans. Must have a strong knowledge of identity standards and protocols as well as a deep skill set with Windows Server Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and industry security solutions. The candidate must have prior experience formulating, planning, and implementing a PKI/CMS for non-person access.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR an additional 4 years of professional experience in lieu of Degree
  • 4 years hands-on experience integrating, deploying, and configuring two or more of the following tools: Identity & Access Management technologies, Active Directory (ADFS), Azure AD, AWS IAM, SAML, SSO, Zscaler, RSA SecureID, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk
  • Hands-on experience gathering business requirements from respective clients
  • Hands on experience leading a team of any size



Bonus Points if:

  • Experienced in the acquisition, design, sizing, deployment, installation, maintenance, operating and usage of the Government Enterprise networks
  • Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines
  • You have one or more of the following certifications:
    • Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
    • Identity & Access Management (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock, Saviynt)



As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $108,300 - $169,699 and information on benefits offered is here.
