Who We Look For:

• We are looking for looking for a talented and highly motivated Feature Lead with distributed computing technologies experience or knowledge in SQL Server and Microsoft SSIS to help further develop an analytics platform. The right candidate will help deliver analysis to the Risk Technology team under Enterprise Risk Testing Technology.

Role Overview:

• Feature Lead role in Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) Technology team. EIT technology team provides technology solutions for Bank's process testing needs across multiple lines of businesses. The feature lead role would need to lead development and support of the required priorities across EIT Technology's onsite testing and result data aggregation teams. The role would focus on development of new capabilities, enhancements of existing capabilities & maintaining support across the applications like Banking Center Control Review, General Ledger of Test Results and LMA/Risk remediation effort. The role would need to provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource and expert in UI as well as Server side technologies. Would drive project or solution and partner with various external teams including external developers, business and deployment teams, as needed.
• The role would also shoulder horizontal activities like resource onboarding/off-boarding and supporting the financial forecasting across the team.

Required Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience
• SQL Server, SSIS, API development, .NET, Autosys
• Strong facilitation and communication skills - both verbal and written is a must, the role would require written and verbal communications with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
• Design, develop and maintain custom applications or configure application systems and services with a working knowledge of developing and maintaining .Net multi-threaded windows service
• Hands-on knowledge of ETL solutions using SSIS- including transformations within the SSIS construct.
• Well versed in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like JIRA/Rally, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory etc
• Experience with Agile Development & ability to work with global delivery team to implement the technology solutions
• Ability to identify and triage around issues of critical importance to achieving business objectives; Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource.
• Knowledge of Financial Forecasting
• Knowledge of Risk reviews as it relates to Line of Business Managed Applications and High Risk Development Software
• Knowledge of Application security standards and Application management policy/standards
• Bachelors degree in computer science or job related field or equivalent experience.

Desired Skills and Experience we are looking for:

• Exposure to process testing domain is desired
• Performance tuning of ETL routines is a desired skill
• Infrastructure knowledge (NPT remediation, etc) is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of Risk/Compliance technology applications would be a plus
• Exposure to high volume data loads is a plus
• Knowledge and experience of working on Oracle is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira and with familiarity CI/CD technologies is a plus
