General Summary:
- The main responsibility for this position is Nanoprobe of semiconductor IC devices, perform device characterization including EBAC, EBIC, EBIRCH techniques to localize the electrical faults using a SEM-based nanoprober and to help determine the root cause. Provide a technical report based on the nanoprobe finding results. The qualified candidate will be responsible to support nanoprobe for new product development, qualification/reliabity stress test failures and RMA returns on various analog, digital and RF products. High level of communication and collaboration with multi-functional PFA, EFI, TEM, Design teams.
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics, Digital/Analog CMOS circuits, and wafer fabrication process.
- Preferable with 1 year experience in semiconductor industry and hands on experience on SEM-based nanoprober.
- Familiar with CAD layout, and electrical fault isolation and techniques.
- General FA knowledge with FA equipment and techniques such as OBIRCH, TIVA, ATE, Photon emission microscopy, Scanning optical microscopy, curve trace, thermal analysis, X-ray, C-Sam, SEM, FIB, deprocessing techniques are preferred.
- Excellent of analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multi-tasking, and discipline in completing tasks on schedule.
- Possesses strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, and detailed oriented.
- Must be independent and self motivated.

- Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications
- Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering
