Description
The Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management division (ePLM) manages core processes and tools that enable the Digital Thread and support the Digital Twin. Based on the traditional flow of work, there's a natural emphasis on product development and resultant focus on more than fourteen-thousand PLM users globally. The overarching goal is to make all individuals as efficient as possible, while ensuring the ease and simplicity of collaboration and information flow across different functional domains. In this context, ePLM executes initiatives that span entire process and product lifecycles. Individuals must be comfortable in a variety of highly ambiguous situations and default to facts/data approaches to drive consensus and make progress.
Job Duties
Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to the business community. Participate in user and task analyses to maintain the business community's perspective on a regular/recurring basis.
Aggregate/prioritize opportunities, formulate recommendations and present to multiple levels of leadership and diverse user forums.
Work with process and technology architects, execution manager(s) and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.
Define detailed process and product requirements and use cases, setting up and maintaining in an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system.
Design and pressure-test new business processes. Perform business process re-engineering before applications are designed from a technical perspective. Collaborate with the Engineering Standards and Best Practices team, and end users to align process and system capability with individual needs/wants.
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
Work with project managers, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the processes and applications.
Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing (again, maintaining in an ALM system).
Participate in quality management reviews, including reviews of the designs, low and high-fidelity prototypes, and other work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
Serve as a resource for the change enablement team as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design the training and performance support products.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
5-8 years of job-related work experience
Top Candidates will also have
Experience using Computer-Aided-Design (CAD), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Visualization, and/or Reporting solutions (I.e., Creo, NX, Solidworks, ENOVIA, Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.)
Project Management experience

The home location for this position is Mossville, IL however the role may be fulfilled from any full-time remote location worldwide.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
This position requires less than 10% travel.
