Our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Advanced Surveillance Systems is seeking a Test Conductor (TC) who is interested in experiencing all elements of the RSS Advanced Airborne System (AAS) including performance assessment, integration and test, verification, and validation. This position will interface with our Navy customer and be an integral part of our Ground and Flight Test Team. The TC will interact with other stakeholders to ensure program objectives are achieved. You're highly skilled in:

• 8+ years Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance (MPRA) experience
• Minimum of 4,000 MPRA flight hours with at least 2,000 hours flown during Integration, Developmental and/or Operational Test
• Minimum of 2 years-experience with either the hardware or software (preferably both) used on the Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS)

You're a great match with:

• Experience with test verification of requirements
• Integration and test procedures and plans
• Meeting yearly FAA class 3 medical requirements and pass customer directed swim qualification
• Willing to work extended shifts, off hour shifts, weekend shifts and travel as required
• Active and in-scope DOD Top Secret US security clearance is required

Required Education:
Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related STEM discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline. A related advanced degree is preferred but not required.
