About the team:

The FIC team is responsible for creating and developing integrations between Trustly's product and financial institutions around the world. These connectors can be direct integrations, like a REST API, or it can be any other technology that allows us to obtain the necessary information to authorize a banking/financial transaction. The FIC team is also responsible for daily monitoring the success level of each connector and also the percentage of successful or unsuccessful transactions - and having this information take actions that seek to maintain a high level of product quality.

What will you do:

  • Monitor and maintain the FIC operation, measuring with daily;
  • OKRs and taking contour actions when necessary;
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the activities to be performed;
  • Participate in the daily routines of the team, ensuring good communication between the parties involved;
  • Be up to date on OKRs and report them weekly;
  • Take necessary actions to ensure the delivery of the product's RoadMap, with quality;
  • Take necessary actions to ensure a collaborative work environment and team engagement;
  • Identify opportunities and propose training for the team;
  • Take necessary actions so that the documentation is updated and easily accessible;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members;
  • Recruit new members when necessary;
  • Ensuring that the onboarding of new members is satisfactory and sufficient.

Who you are:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related areas;
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the technology area;
  • Experience with agile management - Scrum, Kanban, etc;
  • Experience being accountable for people management, having exposure to performance evaluation, hiring, supporting career growth, etc;
  • A good level of technical understanding, being able to take part in technical discussions;
  • Knowledge about application integration and application architectures;
  • Advanced English.
