Reddit is continuing to grow our teams with the best talent. We're completely remote friendly and will continue to be after the pandemic.
The Growth division at Reddit helps us achieve our mission of bringing community and belonging to everyone in the world through work on multiple teams. The mission of the Retention team is to help new and casual users understand the value of Reddit. This is achieved by streamlining the new user journey via content personalization, deeper connections to communities and improved user experiences. Ultimately, this team is responsible for driving long-term retention through organization-wide efforts, which the retention track will help the company maintain a focus on.
