About Talk

Spotify is a global community of over 250 million music fans, artists, and now podcasters. It's always been our mission to make audio more accessible for everyone, and create innovative ways for creators and fans to connect with each other.

We have three platforms that help us deliver a great creator experience: Anchor (the platform that allows you to create, distribute, monetize, and grow a podcast, all for free), Spotify for Podcasters (the platform that makes it easy to understand and engage with your listeners on Spotify, and Greenroom (the platform that allows anyone to stream or listen to live audio).

About the team

The Internal Tools team will increase operational efficiency for Anchor by building and iterating on systems that empower internal teams like customer support, trust and safety, compliance, and marketing. The team will work closely with stakeholders to build tooling that increases efficiency so we can support our growing number of podcast creators through automation.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a passion for building high-quality internal/operational systems. They should be excited to develop relationships with stakeholders within our organization and work closely with them to understand and solve pain points. This is a key role that enables everything we do across all of our platforms for audio creators.

The team will consist of one Product Manager, one Designer, and 6-8 Engineers - Backend, Web, and Full-Stack. You will be responsible for building out and managing a high-functioning agile team that values quality, speed, and engineering best practices.
