Software Engineer, Lead
The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to not just develop software, but to design a system that will revolutionize both new and existing business processes using a modern enterprise technology stack? As a full-stack developer, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. We're looking for a developer with the advanced skills needed to lead the development of a custom Java Spring Boot web application from vision to production-ready system.
This role is more than just coding. We need an experienced full-stack developer who will use their passion to lead a development team as they learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. You'll guide your team to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches like Container Orchestration and Serverless Computing.
Using Spring Source Tool Suite (STS) in Agile lifecycle development, you'll build a scalable modern enterprise web application supporting clients, contractors, and project staff members. Your team will analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to build digital solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges. Work with us as we design systems and drive innovation using cutting-edge data tools and techniques to change business operations for federal projects for the better. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
