Responsibilities:

As an Engineer, you will be a responsible to build core features and functions of card transaction systems on distributed platform deployed in the cloud.

  • You will be a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices, writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation
  • You will be using Java Technologies - Vertx, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful micro services, Ignite and In-Memory Computing
  • Lead a culture of innovation and experimentation, engage in fun and outcome-oriented culture, and always be ready to try new concepts without fear of failure
  • Collaborate with peer technology and development teams across different locations
  • Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies
  • Work along with stakeholders to understand and analyze the requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with application design, software development and automated testing
  • 5+ years' experience with design and coding in Java, React
  • Experience in Redux, Rest APIs, Spring Framework, Junit, GitHub, Microservices, Splunk is a plus
  • Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases
  • Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions
  • Ability to debug basic software components and identify code defects for remediation
  • Experience working in Agile or other rapid application development methods
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required
