General Summary:

Lead the Global SVE (System Validation & Emulation) Emulation Engineering Labs in a high visibility role to drive worldwide deployment and decision making in collaboration with executive management

Responsibilities:

• Managing SVE Emulation labs - lab equipment planning, acquisition, deployment, and inventory.
• Emulation HW procurement, installation and tracking
• Closely collaborate with internal CAD, manufacturing and procurement teams to enable smooth ramp up of HW and RMAs
• Work closely with partner teams across the corporation to design, develop and deploy emulation hardware
• Emulation tools license management and tracking
• Tracking vendor supplied resources/consultants, including on-boarding and off-boarding.
• Manage and drive automation and infrastructure for emulation deployment, maintenance and tracking efficiency indicators

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• In addition, 8+ years with emulation, FPGA based system design, Engineering Operations experience or related work experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications 15+ years Engineering Operations experience in:

• Relationship building skills across organizations within large corporations.
• Headcount/resource planning processes, and systems.
• Data analytics/reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on solving issues as they arise.
• Strong process improvement background.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Supported operations for engineering organization larger than 500 engineers.
• Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Science, Engineering or Business.
• Preferred: Master's, Engineering or Business.
