Be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems and software functions within Honeywell Flight Systems. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. This position is for an Advanced Software Engineer for Flight Controls program working on C919, and B787 programs. This position will be responsible for developing Flight Controls software and will be engaged throughout the entire phase of software development life cycle for C919 and B787.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 6+ years of experience in embedded software development
• Applicants must be a U.S Citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S as a refugee or granted asylum due to US export control laws

• Programming experience using C
• Assembly language experience
• Experience with DO-178 B/C
• Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
